3. Product Information & Authenticity

We take utmost care to present accurate descriptions, images, and details of all products.

Slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or the handcrafted nature of handloom sarees.
Such variations are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.
All claims regarding zari, fabric, or craftsmanship are shared in good faith based on sourcing and artisan assurance.

KanakVastrams does not guarantee uniformity, as true handloom products carry individual character.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message or email.
This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. The order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and dispatched.

KanakVastrams reserves the right to cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable
Payment cannot be verified
Incorrect pricing or information is displayed
There is suspicion of misuse or fraud

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch orders within the timeline mentioned on the product or checkout page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
KanakVastrams is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of handwoven sarees and premium textiles:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if explicitly mentioned on the product page or policy section.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Any damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Custom orders, blouse stitching, or specially curated pieces may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
