1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers

Custom-made or made-to-order products

Sarees with blouse stitching or alterations

Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

Minor variations in colour, weave, or texture due to lighting or handcrafted nature

Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or address provided by the customer
Such variations are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered defects.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return or exchange:

Share your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage or error from our side, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as applicable.

If the return is approved for other valid reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
